I live here full time. The owner and the manager are very nice and keep the property clean and well kept. If you visit here, don't forget to say "hi" to the campground cat, Timmy. He is a ginger with a fluffy tail, and likes to be petted.

Used to be OK. Just a rip now.  422 dollars 1 month.  Charged 10 dollars,a nite extra for tent. And 3 more dollars for 1 person in said tent. ?? Don't  question cost. You  Will be Told to leave.  Showers,filthy. Traffic come n go all night. People walking around all night.  Never again.  Sorry Scott

We have had the worst experience am hoping I never need to stay here again. 

The people that live in this park are petty. 

The complain about parking and ask for you to move your car inches so they can park even though there's plenty of space. 

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. 

Management is the same way. He threatened me with a $50 charge if I had to be asked to move my again. 

Inches....just a little ridiculous.

This was a stop over on our way South along the coast. Just a  basic RV park in this beach town. The office person was so very friendly.
