I tried to stay here on June 2016 and they said no children no matter how old they are!
today I was visiting a friend at the apartment across the street. I parked on the street side of the rocks they put out to line their property. And the old man came out and wasn't polite at all. he yelled at me "you can't park here." I suggested that you should put a sign on this side of the rocks saying no parking. he got even angrier and turned into to a fifth grader and just repeated everything I started say.  after all this it's like everyone else says age discrimination and now rudeness. travel another 15 minutes north to Castle Rock. Toutle River RV is a nicer place and friendly people. Happy RVing!

**DO NOT RENT from here! We lost 700$ in three days. This place will steal your money! No where in their policy on their website or online states there are no refunds! They only verbally stated this to us. Their "corporate company" who they claim to be affiliated with does not have their property listed anywhere. When I called and asked for the corporate number twice the owner and her assistant would not give it to me, instead she argued again that she told me verbally that there are no refunds and she was "following policy". Since then I have asked for copies of the documents I've signed along with receipts and still no word from them. 

Mangement is rude and abrasive. I was harassed over the phone for simple asking to pay for a week instead of the month considering we'd only be there three days. Their attitude consists of give me your money and get the hell out of the office. 

 My husband is a lineman, he works for the union, we get moved without notice and have been traveling for three years through four states and not a single place has told us they won't reimburse a dime except for these guys. *I paid rent on time every month, and this month we payed and two days later were told we were moving six hours away. They would not reimburse us half or even let us pay for a weekly spot. On top of that they took our electricity as well. I called the owner to try and figure out if there was any way we could get anything back even electric, she was extremely rude from the start and said she would not reimburse us anything and told me quote, "how am I suppose to run a business if I don't stick to policy." That would be valid if she was running any other business besides a business that revolves around customer service. The front desk gal was rude from day one, I have never felt more unwelcomed anywhere in my life. I eventually hung up on her because I was sick to think that any owner of a business would treat their customers this way.
Note** I have called the union and reported this place, they are now on a watch list, say goodbye to your union workers and loyal lineman because they will no longer be coming to you ever again. So in short if you have an emergency or have to leave early you can kiss your money goodbye. Not worth it, look elsewhere.
And as for the facility at Brookhallow, I'd like to remind you that your customers pay your paychecks. Just a little food for thought. You can't run a business if you don't have customers.

Nice, quite camping. Grounds are well kept, but Wi-Fi is weak and intermittent, this early in the season you will need to hunt for better Wi-Fi if you depend on it.  Overall a great stay, better than expected.

We have lived here for more than four months and it is a great place to be in the Kelso/Longview area. We are right on the dike which has a nice running trail along it. The sites are cement and the facilities kept clean and secure. Also, the folks in the office are helpful and just nice to chat with if you get a bit lonely in your trailer.  One of the best local parks we have stayed in during our travels.

My husband and I bought our first RV and moved into a monthly spot last year.  He works in hospitality I am in management and we were very excited by the looks of this park.  It is very clean and well maintained but do not be surprised if the lawn mower is going right next to your camper at 6 am.  While the looks of the park and location are amazing, it was not worth it to us.  Every time I tried to use the public facilities they were blocked off to be "cleaned" for several hours a day while the maintenance man is sitting outside doing nothing.  I would definitely not recommend staying here if you are under the age 50, you WILL be treated like a kid and looked down at constantly.  We were always made uncomfortable and are glad to have finally found a much more friendly and welcoming park.  While we were there for the past year, they raised monthly rates twice on us and when we moved we were told we would receive a refund for the remaining weeks of the month and never received such refund.  It is very disappointing because the location was beautiful, but between the age discrimination, raised rent multiple times a year, and seasonal flooding(top it off, many of the spots flood in the spring and fall) we won't be revisiting this park.
