Spent 4 nights here and had to leave 2 days early. Park is nice and very close to beach. Sites are a very tight fit. However, when I informed the clerk at the desk that we would need to leave two days early I also asked him if we could get a credit for the 2 days we didn't stay ($92) and he said we could, but I would have to call Thousand Trails and let them know of our checkout date and time. He could not find the phone number to Thousand Trails so I said I'd get one. Called Thousand Trails and they said the RV Park would have to reimburse me. After daily calls to Long Beach RV Park and not getting any phone calls returned, I went back to Thousand Trails. Thousand Trails sent an email to Long Beach RV Park (Manager) for them to call me. They were to respond within 24 hours. Guess what, no call. We would not have left early had we been told up front that we would not be getting a credit for the two nights we'd be giving up. Shady way of doing business. Will not be going back here.

Decent park. Friendly staff. I love when its empty and quiet in the winter. Does pool up a bit when it pours and that also causes the pot holes that are hard to keep up with. Wish the hot tub was open year round.

We have camped here several times... Love how close you are to the beach... Clean bathrooms and friendly helpful staff... My kids love the pool...great to cool off after a day of fun

This park is amazing! We stayed in a beautiful yurt, that was very clean and warm. This was I and my friends first time staying in a yurt and it was absolutely perfect! The management here was also so helpful and they are really kind people. They helped us out in more ways than one! If we are ever in Long Beach again, we will stay here! So close to everything, like the beach and downtown. Not to mention we had a fire pit and the bathrooms were so close. Best trip weve been on in a while! Thank you Long Beach Rv Camping Resort!!!!!💙

The staff I met and spoke with on the phone (Eagle Bear & his Son) couldn't be more helpful and friendly. It was really nice to have that as the first experience at this place, it goes a long way. If I was reviewing their hospitality alone it would be 5*. The campground itself is ok, there's a trail to a great beach and paved multi-use route that runs for miles along the coast. It's a short drive or bike ride to stores/restaurants. The RV spots are very tight, you're right on top of the campers next to you. Hook ups are a four way arrangement so be sure to bring extra power, sewer & water lengths so that you'll reach if you end up being on the odd numbered side. There's an outdoor pool that looks to be maintained and a kids play area that my daughter enjoyed. I didn't see any fire rings, I'm guessing because the spots are so right but they did have new picnic benches so,that was nice. I'm not sure if it was due to the rod run weekend but the campground is patrolled around the clock, good to see that. All in all I'd probably stay again.
