Beautiful park setting. Staff is friendly, just some office staff seem insecure about decision making. Store is nice and well stocked. Sites are large, gravel. Not to fond of the trains, but it's manageable. Nice having dog washing station as well. Very pet friendly. Bill, security guy is very pleasant to chat with.

Horrible experience! I never write reviews but want you to be warned. They charge you 20 dollars a day for an " extra vehicle" (which was a boat) but don't tell you it's on top of the regular 52 dollars a day when you make a reservation. You pay 52 for a spot that has freeway noise and a train that runs right by all through the night. If you have a friend stopping by for even an hour they charge 20 dollars for the car to enter the camp ground so be prepared to be charged for anything they possible can.

Currently a live in here. It has been a real adventure. We are here while our new home closes. It has been great. Even tho it is the off season here there is plenty to keep the kids busy and it has been relaxing to come home and just unwind. We have spoiled our selves with the hot tub and hot shower ( little water hearter in our RV ) the kids have been able to hike down to the river and have a ball on the river front challenge course. The little one loves the play ground and making friends with all the other campers. There have been some hicupa and some disappointments like the water quality is a little iffy even with multiple filters. The laundry room is set up for many machines and yet for the last few months only 1 or 2 of the 5 washers work and same with the dryers. The restrooms and showers at the club house are often " out of order " and none if the other public shower have been opened to make up for the lack of restrooms. Overall it has been fun and we have enjoyed being here. The staff is always helpful and i imagine it takes a lot to keep a place like this looking good and taking care of all these ppl. Keep up the good work.

It's a beautiful park setting, Bill the "security" guard was nice to chat with. Beyond that, not worth the money this trip. Pool heater was broke with no eta on repairs, several people complained about laundry machines not working and taking money. There is trains which run through on a basis, so it gets noisy they will also shake the trailer. Wi-Fi is hit or miss. The bathrooms are okay, made the mistake and walked in to one where the person previous didn't even bother to clean up after themselves or flush the toilet. At the moment it seems like there is less than 100 rvs here. Also noticed posted rules are not being followed by some. We signed up for a monthly site over 2 weeks ago. Background was done and after being here for 3 days now and the background was charged to us over a week ago, we still haven't been assigned a spot since the GM Charlie, who was out of town, is the only one who has to hand pick where we will be assigned. CC said nothing moves forward until background is done, "but don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you". Cheryl seems to only work one day a week, and doesn't really know what's going on(CC's words, not mine). Each day felt more and more like we were getting the run around with excuses. We're thankful they do background checks, but if a park manager is a strict micro manager and can't trust the decisions made by his office staff, it shows. We have been to better rv parks that offer more for less money, we have also been to those that don't offer much. We won't be back.
