You can make appointments which is awesome but frustrating if you don't know. So, you're welcome! I was nervous about using this office after reading the rough reviews. But I went. There was one piece of documentation I was missing. The gal kindly explained why it was necessary. I went back and finished my business. The music and staff brighten an otherwise nerve wracking responsibility. =)

I, like many, was dreading a trip to the DMV. I was a walk-in and arrived soon after they opened for the day, hoping to get a head start on the crowd. I was in and out within a little over an hour, and the agent I worked with was absolutely tremendous! She was so nice and friendly and helpful. I was blown away! I think I moral of the story is to arrive with the expectation that you'll spend some time waiting, but keep a positive attitude with the employees and it won't be a dreadful experience. :)

It may take a while, but that is expected for a DMV!!! Everyone is so nice and polite and make the experience enjoyable even if you do have to wait a little bit!! For the others that say they will never step foot back in the place crack me up... I mean, what happens if you loose your license? OR when its time to RENEW!??? HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA

Worst service! Had to wait in line behind everyone else just to finally get up to the counter and the lady literally looked at me and then left. All I needed was a manual for my daughter to study...should have had them in a holder on the counter to take one and not be told you have to wait for an hour for a stupid book.
