Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by Mr. Hammond one of the many sales advisors. He and the remainder of the DriveTime staff made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Mr. Hammond was very polite and professional with a good sense of humor. He listened to all my questions promptly answering and able to advise me in the right direction. He worked diligently to get me d vehicle I was searching for. I would recommend him to anyone visiting this location. I would like to thank Mr. Hammond and staff for the outstanding experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Drive time. D.L. was very nice and helpful. And had us laughing the whole time. He made sure we was getting the car we wanted and that everything was working properly before we purchased it. And he worked hard to make sure all paper work was done correctly and get us out the door into our new car as quick as possible. Thanks so much! You were awesome!

This is by far the best Car lot I have ever been to. I felt welcomed & wanted. I didn't feel like money was important. I felt as if getting me and my boyfriend in a car was important. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and we definitely were. If you’re looking to get a car DriveTime is the way to go. -D.L

I had a greaI had a great experience with drive time.  Everything may not have went as smooth as planned however it is evident that the drive time in Augusta on Washington Road was committed to customer service. My experience at drive time was great. Hospitality was excellent. All my questions was answered and I found the car I wanted. I didn’t get the run around I wasn’t pushed in a car I didn’t want. I would definitely recommend DriveTime to my family and friends. Dydreck ( my sales associate) was awesome. He made my visit to DriveTime comfortable
