Andrea was awesome! I had come to the lot pretty aggravated with my situation and all but ready to give up. Andrea happen to be outside and from then on-it was simply amazing. She literally held my hand through the process and stayed in touch with me until the very end. Oddly enough, the day that I came to pick up my car was her last day. Bittersweet at best! I am so thankful that I met her! I love my car!

Had a great time shopping for and buying my car from Enterprise Car Sales. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, but at the same time, not pushy. The fact that they have various brands of cars appealed to me because they were not obligated to push any certain motor company. I am a very frugal shopper, and I research and review everything before making any purchases, especially big ticket items. I used a True Car app while shopping and found enterprise had the lowest prices in the CSRA. I bought my first car without my dad's help when I was 22, and I must say, after eight more car purchases, this has been the most stress free ever. I am vey pleased with the quality, technology and the price of my new car. GO ENTERPRISE! 😃😃😃

By far the best car shopping experience i have had. I love my car go see Andrea she's the best very sweet and truly found something to fit my needs.

The customer service is absolutely the worst ever. And the finance department drops the ball on most of their potential customers. I paid $1,300 in one month for a rental car while I was trying to purchase one from the Enterprise sales department. They kept going back and forth and was just very unprofessional all the way around.

It was such a pleasant process! We worked with Andrea and then Maurice and both were so great. Andrea walked us through everything, told us everything we needed to know, listened to our needs, and was really just such a nice person. Maurice did the paperwork with us and was also very clear and thorough when explaining things. Very helpful and able to answer all the questions we had. My only complaint was that the office was a bit warm, haha. But seriously, a car that was exactly what we wanted at a really good price with a delightful sales team. I could not recommend them more.
