We visited Taylor Hyundai with the intention of buying a vehicle, but were undecided on which particular vehicle we wanted. Ernest was a well-informed and patient guide, assisting us to reach a decision that would best meet our needs. Although we originally intended to buy a new vehicle, at our request, Ernest was able to show us several new models, plus an amazing CPO vehicle. He had comprehensive knowledge of all the vehicles we viewed, demonstrating patience and flexibility throughout our interactions. Ernest was attentive without making us feel pressured. We find excessive pressure an unwelcome disincentive and it is something that we had experienced at other dealerships. Both Ernest and David worked with us to make this deal happen, going the extra mile to provide us with the best value possible. We have no hesitation in recommending Taylor Hyundai in general and Ernest Eldridge in particular.

I came to browse and wound up buying. I wasn't hounded which I really appreciate. I was served by Ben and Tom who were extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and we're patient while I read every document and calculated all the numbers. Took about 2 hours total. Highly recommend!

Angel and the team stayed way past closing making sure we were totally satisfied with our purchase. I definitely recommend coming to Taylor if you are looking for a great place to get a new Hyundai. Ask for Angel for an excellent experience.

This will be my third vehicle purchased or leased from Taylor Hyundai and my first time dealing with Angel. The service and sales team at Taylor Hyundai have always exceeded my expectations and this was no different. Due to circumstances with the vehicle I had as a trade, the process took a good amount of time over 2 weeks. Angel and management (David) were very accommodating and patient. I would recommend Taylor Auto Group to any of my friends and family.

Purchased my 2013 Hyundai Elantra a few months ago from Taylor Hyundai. I LOVE my car. Angel Mendez was very helpful, very patient with me & got me a great deal. Great salesman, nice cars. I would definitely reccomend this dealer to others!
