My sister & I stopped in for a browsing session as my mind was set on a Camry but not knowing when or how.. With dealing with William Jenkins and Summer Wilkins, they made it all possible. They provided EXCELLENT customer service as I informed them of my expectations in the vehicle I wanted. William provided a thorough comparison in the vehicles that best suited my needs. Summer was very patient with me providing all the information she needed. She even had me to return to have my car detailed again to my satisfaction. I had previously purchased a Chevrolet from Milton Ruben 7 years prior but this experience with my Toyota purchase has topped my overall experience. By the way, Bryant was the bomb as well seeking a lower APR. I look forward to Future purchases with them.

I am impressed with the service I received from Milton Ruben in Augusta GA from Randy! He was phenomenal in all aspects of service and customer care! He approached me an I told him I was just looking, shook my hand and said “if I have any questions, his name is Randy and he would be more than willing to help.” I looked at the cars I was interested in and left. Two hours later I came back with my husband for a test drive! He was straight forward, kind, friendly, personable and just willing to work with us! I was heavily pregnant and just wanted to get in and out and that’s what I got! That’s what I like! He wasn’t pushy or desperate for a sale! He made the processes seemingly easy and painless! And just did outstanding in getting us in and out with the car purchasing process. If you want quick, professional, service, GO TO Randy! We didn’t have all the paperwork and he told us to come in at a different time to bring it in and within that time I had my baby! He worked with us and was very understanding! Thank you!

Ingram Jansen was the BEST! I'm not one to be in a hurry to make big purchases in a snap or easily impressed by people or things. Ingram's patience and educating me on the vehicles and Toyota in general was grade "A" professional! He made the whole process seamless and stress free and helped get me the vehicle I wanted at the best terms! Thanks Ingram! Look for many referrals from me!

What a great experience at Milton Ruben Toyota. Abraham was knowledgeable, patient and very accommodating. I appreciate the time he put into finding me what I wanted. I went from one side of the parking lot to the other and he never seemed aggravated about it. I also had the quickest buying experience ever. Which is a major plus. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in buying a car.

Very very satisfied! I had such a great experience at Milton Ruben! I live in Aiken and usually deal with the North Augusta store but I was treated so much better across the river! Gage was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable & patient as he knew this was a first for me! He answered any and all questions I had about the car I chose and helped me finalize my decision which I am thrilled with 😁 
From now on I will definitely be keeping my business here in GA!
