First of all in the far corner of the parking lot is crackhead alley. Drug addicts hanging out smoking drugs openly and their dealers walking back and forth serving them. I FELT VERY UNSAFE!! No security and no police around. And thats just outside. Inside the machines are dirty and broken. The dryers have metal tape covering holes on the inside. Its unsanitary and the employees dont seem to care. Disgusing, nasty and unsafe. I will be calling Maryland Board of Health!!! Horrible!!!

I used drop off service here for YEARS. They have a regular friendly staff who gets to know you if you're a regular. They aren't the most technologically advanced, but they MORE than make up for that in customer service. They had a fire a couple years ago while my clothes were there. Long story short, because I was a regular customer and they knew my clothes, they contacted me and everything was recovered. If I hadn't moved, I'd still be using their service without a doubt. I HIGHLY recommend their drop off service to anyone debating it. Met the owner too, I'm so glad he was able to rebuild and reopen after the fire!

Got here at 5:55am as I was in a rush to wash my clothes before work. It is now 6:11 and no one has shown up yet to open the doors
