Good shoe shipping.  Like any other DSW, though, nothing stands out about this one.  Prices and selection and friendly staff as expected from DSW.

The shoes are very nice and high quality, the clearence section is great also... I got a pair of high heels originally $60.00 I got it for $14.00!!

Have been to this location and others I know that I am not the only person in the world to wear a 10.5 wide however they do not carry them in their and and from what I have seen they do not carry any wide sizes. The customer service representatives tell me ow we can order off our online store. That is not the point of going to a shoe store. I can do that from home going to a shoe store means you can see them before you spend the 60 to 120 dollars on a pair of shoes. Also to add I have looked on their website and they are sold out of every 10.5 wide.

I like the store, I do however feel that the staff ignores you alot. I wasn't asked to be helped. I found that alot of them walk around "trying" to look busy. They will leave aisles messy and walk straight pass without picking anything up.
