Not only is it a great place to get a good workout in but the people and atmosphere are awesome! My fav Omaha gym for sure!

Part of my daily routine. Love this place and the people. Pregnant women beating me in times on the WODs always makes me push harder. Sarcasm mixed with work ethic keeps me going back every day. If you're traveling and need a workout, greatest place to drop in. Coaches work with everyone to make sure they can accommodate their needs. Not a boujee gym. Scales on all the workouts cause we all know my ass can't do a muscle up. Go here people.

I love working out here!  I am motivated both by the overall atmosphere of the gym and by the people individually.  It's such a great group of people that I feel like I'm part of a family.  The great coaching and the relaxed, welcome feeling really has helped me improve my overall fitness.

The coaches and members at this gym are the best! This was my gym for 3 years - only left because I moved away from Omaha. The coaches are super knowledgeable and are focused on helping you reach your own personal goals, and the members are some of the most friendly people/some of the best friends I made in Omaha. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone just starting or looking for a new gym in Omaha to go to!
