I’d give more than 5 stars if it was an option! I called customer service today after I was notified my ordered items were on back order (and the items were going to be gifted on Christmas). After discussing my concerns about how the gifts wouldn’t arrive in time - the customer service rep informed me that duplicate items would be shipped (expedited; as they are back in stock today) to arrive before Christmas, all she asked was that I return the other two items (back ordered items) via mail using the prepaid return label included in the expedited package! I have never experienced such customer service from a retail clothing store, especially around the holiday rush! I will definitely shop at Duluth Trading Company in the future! Thank you DTC for your help!

Love the clothing, but got there today, wanted to buy pants and they were out of my size; flex fire hose 34x36 slate grey. Noticed other styles that weren't here last time I was here, is DT spreading itself too thin? maybe needs to concentrate on their standbys and not try too inundate with excessive amounts of choices...  Also, they need to focus as much advertising and sales promos for walkins as much as on-line, I feel like everything is geared to online, but I won't buy something I can't try on for the 1st time on-line.  I'll repeat buy on-line but not the first purchase. I need to feel the fit.

Extremely helpful! Price matched with their online store and were very accommodating. "We dont play games in this store." Good and helpful attitude. 
Have always been satisfied with my Duluth purchases!
