I signed a 2 year contract in January of 2017 in the Dunedin RV Resort location that was supposed to give me a $100.00 monthly discount,  a new Concrete slab, New Landscaping, a new Shed, all within 60 Days after signing the contract.  I did get the discount but never received any of the other benefits that I was supposed to receive under the terms of the contract.  I was continually promised by the staff that I would received the upgrades and shed for over a year now and there were several neighboring sites that were upgraded in the meantime on sites where the tenants had moved in after me.  Now, they have raised my lot rental back to  the normal rate but since I never received the upgrades under the terms of the contract I'm requesting that I pay the discounted rate until the upgrades have been completed.  I do believe this is a fair proposition as I have been very patient for over a year now watching other sites being upgraded.  I spoke with the new management last week and she, Natalie said she would see what she could do but seemed unwilling to negotiate.  I requested her supervisors contact information but she would not give me that information.

Wonderful place. Very clean and kept up. Staff and guest are very friendly. Only downfall for us was that they don’t have free WiFi or cable hookup.

You certainly can't beat the location only a couple minutes to honeymoon island and close to all shopping. Downtown dunedin isn't far away either. Friendly neighbors

It would have been nice to know before we paid for 4 nights that the Wi-Fi and cable were down. Nice people.

We will definitely be back. We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the resort and the area.
