The place has a lot to offer, however you have to commit to a 2 year contract to stay on the side of the park with larger sites. The transient side (less than 6 months), is tight. Most importantly, be cautious of hidden fees. They charged us for electric however the manager admitted there was nothing on their website about these charges......only a paper rate sheet that you have to ask for when you check in as they don’t disclose the charges. After our experience we heard several others in the laundry room complaining about the same thing. We only stayed here because we had friends here for 6 months.

What a beautiful property with a vibrant community. The pool is excellent and there are tons of different sport courts, billiards and a large gathering space that has frequent events.

I have lived here year round for the past 4 years. The resort has enough amenities and activities to keep you occupied 7 days a week. The landscaping around the resort is very nice.

Our initial impression of this park was overgrown grass, unkempt landscaping and the lots are almost on top of each other. The office staff is a revolving door, they cannot keep anyone long enough. The manager at first was easy to deal with, but once they breached our contract she tried to go back on her word all the time and she blames everyone for her mistakes. Good thing we work with emails and we were able to get what was promised. 
The maintenance staff is terrible. They lost the best person for the job and the park has already begun to look that way. 

The showers have no AC, there is very little open green space, and it's nearly impossible to take your dog on walks in summer with the black top grid.  Go else where and truly have the best experience in Florida. 

Sun Resorts does have some awesome resorts, but this one needs an overhaul. 

Oh and it's expected that fulltime rvers will take care of the amenities. Management wouldn't take care of the bocce ball courts or horseshoes. If it wasn't for Terry, a resident, the courts would not look as nice as they do.

Brand new RV under Sun Communities needless to say they're lacking in trees for shades they have a wonderful Clubhouse nice pool and the offer you is cement pad with a shed for a 2-year contract
