Reviews

Grounds are clean and apartments are spacious, but please be warned they have a pest control issue. I've seen bugs in my apartment that I've never seen before. They also charge for every single little thing parking passes(which they don't replace if you loose them), pool passes, re-entry to your space. And they have a tow company that will tow your car if it isn't parked perfectly. If you want to deal with constant aggravations live here if not go somewhere else.

Nice place, reasonable rent, slow and unpleasant leasing office staff. Took me a lot to move in, had to keep calling and checking and reminding about stuff. Never a smile and the lady is always moving like a sloth. They look down on you as if you live there for free and they let you. Anyway, the maintenance guys are all nice, friendly and professional. I have been living here for 5 years and my only wish is that the leasing office would work on their attitude towards us, mortals.
