Avoid moving to this location. They purposely deleted past negative reviews to munipulate their rating. I have had my car vandalized, packages stolen, and car broken into. It is said to be a non-smoking property but I have had neighbors who smoke cigarettes and marijuana. Despite numerous complaints, they allowed a resident to stay although the resident had multiple people gathering in front of the building, held parties at all hours of the night, and attracted law enforcement. 

The main door is supposed to be locked and secured at all times; however, someone always puts a pin in it, so be prepared for anyone to have access. There are no security cameras so if you have an issue, they refuse to be held liable. 

This property is also known for having bed bugs, mice, and insect issues. They can careless who they offer a lease to or what type of people you may live near.
