I moved into liberty place almost a month ago and I wish I never did,  the only good thing about this place is that every thing is included. since I Ben here I have Ben killing crickets and spiders every day and this week I have killed 3 roaches this is discusting I have called the rental office to exterminate my aprtment, they came in for 5 min sprayed my kitchen then left they did nothing to the rest of my place  I've seen one mouse I can understand by me being in a aprtment I will have field mice here and there but roaches? That is totally disgusting I would not recommend moving here and as soon as my lease  is up I will be moving as well

I've only been at Liberty Place for 6 months now and I can not wait to move . The utilities included in the rent is about the only good thing about this place . There are only a few visitor parking spots which are always filled daily with the same cars which makes it hard for my visitors to find parking being that if they park in my spot they will get towed now that's issue number 1. Issue number 2 is my neighbor above me ,Ive made many complaints about my neighbor who loves to stomp and have her kids run in the morning and at night after 9pm I was told that they would talk to her and move her which has yet to happen ,being that nobody has yet to move , now I've suggested that they either move me or let me go out of my lease because it's becoming ridiculous and it seems like I'm just getting the run around here . Issue number 3 is they have someone up front sporadically to let residents or visitors through the gate the issue here is there's only one line so if there's 4 cars in front of me who are visitors and I'm a residents I have to wait for this man to take information down fro the visitor instead of having two lines one for visitors and one residents . Maybe if they had someone to really secure the area and not up front sporadically the breaks in that we've had back to back could have been prevented .

I've lived in this apartment for more than 6 years and love everything about this apartment, very clean, quiet and convinient. Also you can find anything you are looking for around the neighborhood which is very great from shopping to Mechanic and other services etc. I don't catch the bus but the bus stop is right infront of the main entrance. The maintenance and the leasing office are very professional. 
 I will only move this apartment if I buy my own house other than that I don't see any apartment that can match this apartment in terms of rent, utility and security. 

Peace of mind even when I forget to lock my door or package is delivered at my door.

Everything was so lovable until I came home and items were stolen from my house. Only the maintenance and management staff have keys. How can any other residents be sure that this will not happen to them and that this situation will be handled? I'm sure it will swept under the rug since not one person will confess to STEALING! Parking is horrible. We have to park across Liberty rd some nights and walk across with our children! No use in having anyone visit you because they wont have anywhere to park either.
