This particular Dunkin Donuts is the worst. The teenagers they have working there have not developed listening skills at all! I asked for a large coffee with caramel and a turbo shot. Can you explain to me how I got a medium hot chocolate?! Do not go to this place unless you have time to go back and get them to fix your order the way you asked.

THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS the 3 little girls in their had bad attitudes and I made a complaint to the two managers one with red hair and the other one with long big braids , the red hair lady had an attitude with me for no reason , I called they kept hanging up the phone on me so I went in and one employee asked me what’s the problem ?? I said are you the manager?? She said no ... I said okay well I’m talking to the manager about this problem .. the whole time I’m thinking if you’re not the manager please stay in your place . So I asked for the manager names they wouldn’t give me it , I asked for someone over them they wouldn’t give me his name they just said he will be in tomorrow 8 to 2 pm I said okay I will be back as I walked out th lady with the big braids yelled out MMHHMM GOODBYE HAVE A NICE DAY ILL SEE YOU TOMORROW MMHHMM sarcastically loud in front of other customers and I just said let me walk and not start an altercation with these ghetto people , so I sat in my car and found the customer service complaint number myself and spoke to a lady very sweet and said she will contact the franchise owner , as I was doing that the big braid lady came to my car trying to get my attention on the last minute NO THANKYOU I have everything handled without your help !! This is why I stay making my own foods and eating healthy I don’t know why I came to Dunkin’ Donuts in the first place and she had the nerve to look at my license plate number ? For what ? That’s does not scare me DO NOT WORRY I WILL NEVER BE BACK SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!

very slow, and messed up the order twice. the lady in front of me had a wrong order also! not a great morning for DD... but the breakfast wrap was great!

Great crew; very pleasant & professional even with long line of customers. They worked quickly to keep dining room clean.
