Cupcakes are great! Which is why I drove a long way to get to the shop on a Sunday only to discover the hours on their Google listing are not correct. The store is closed on Sunday. Wasted time and gas. Please update hours on Google.

The cupcakes are always delicious! The flavor is superb and the cake is moist. They are not over iced as some bakeries do. 2 negatives...1 the customer service needs vast improvement. Each time I've been, they have a very nonchalant attitude and never greet you or smile with their voice or face. Second, each cupcake should be a punch on their cupcake punch card, not every 2! Product A+ Service C-

The cupcakes at small cakes are very good and moist. However, the service at this location sort of turned me off. When I walked in, I'm never greeted. The young lady at the counter does not acknowledge me at all until I told which cupcakes I wanted. Even then, she had a very dry attitude. In addition, It would have been nice to have more variety among the cupcakes, it's more chocolate than vanilla. Why not ordinary vanilla cupcakes with vanilla icing. Finally the bathroom is nasty. It didn't look like a bathroom you would see in a bakery but rather in gas station.

The cupcakes are delicious, but the service makes you not want to go back in my opinion. My first time there was a few weeks ago and I am always smiling when I greet someone,but I did not get that in return. I even mentioned it being my first time there and she said nothing to me. The only convo we had was about the cupcakes that was left. I even asked about another cupcake (which I didn't realize they were out until I looked) and she repeated herself like a robot about what was available. Best thing is the cupcakes are not as dry as the service.

Last night was the first time I was there. I bought 2 cupcakes and they were amazing. Super moist. I got chocolate cream and key lime. Before I give 5 stars I need to go back a couple more times to make sure they're consistent. If they are, I'm a permanent customer.
