Customer service is far from what I received today. I would recommend that the establishment hirer more employees or take lunch at the same time daily. I would also recommend returning on time. Another recommendation would be to put in in your hours on the door. I have visited this establishment on multiple occasions. I don’t have to spend my money here and have to wait unnecessarily. Have more etiquette when you are speaking to paying customers. You will no longer get my money.....

Loved the key lime cake I sampled. LOVED! It was so moist. Have not worked with this business but sampled the cakes at a wedding expo and was very pleased. Will consider using them! EDIT: we did use them for our wedding cakes. Really enjoyed all the flavors but we got key lime, red velvet, and the groom's cake was their pound cake. I can remember the type of pound cake but it was DELICIOUS. It was whichever pound cake they call "crack cake." Get that. Our guests also commented that they enjoyed the cake. We had a ton of leftovers and so our family and friends got to take some home with them. they were all raving about the cake when we returned from our honeymoon. Working with Mrs. Elf was easy and smooth. Our tasting went well and she worked with us on coming up with a cake plan that was within our budget. We ended up with a 2 tiered cake, a groom's cake (half sheet) and then another sheet cake. Our florist did our cake flowers.

I bought the key lime, red velvet and the peanut butter ooey goey cake. All of them was AWESOME.

Simply outstanding!!! I've used this company twice and has never been disappointed quality and taste of food is the best! Cake and cookies just melts in your mouth. I will definitely use her again for all of my events!!! Oh and for the true real time reviews check her Facebook page. You get to see recent pictures and customer reviews.

Very disappointed!!!! I tried so hard to love it. I gave it several tries. The owner was very down to earth and friendly. She really has the gift of gab. The cup cakes sold in bakery are sub par. They taste a day old and tasteless. The icing tastes store brought. I ordered a custom cake and the cake taste average but the icing is screaming store brought. Overall I decided not to go there again. Based on rave reviews, I think she more into wedding cakes. I don't think anything in the bakery is homemade, fresh or not box. Just over priced day old box cake with store brought icing. Not worth it.
