The last few visits have been sub par. I am not sure if the afternoon crew is different from the morning, but the afternoon crew is very slow (I usually don't come in the morning). When there is no line, I wait very long to get a coffee. During today's visit, (between 1-3 PM) I was entertained with the staffs very vocal dislike for management, and very personal problems (such as romantic relationships) and the use of vulgar language was frequent. I am by far a saint, but I do believe there is a time and place for everything. If you are at work, please do not gossip in front of customers and/or use foul language around customers and children.

Perhaps the worst Dunkin Donuts franchise I've ever been too. I've been going to this place for several years and the service has always been subpar but now it's terrible and I've finally decided to stop going there. The staff are always arguing with each other infront of customers. Service is slow for people who go in side the store instead of the drive-thru. Also seen the person on the cash register goes back and forth touching food and then serving customers at the register without wearing gloves. Disgusting. Avoid this place. There's a better one on Hudson Bridge.

This dunkin donuts is by far one of the sorriest stores I've ever been to. Except for the young lady who took my order she was pleasant! The store was empty of customers and there were atleast 6 employees working.  "Perfect" I was thinking,  I'll be in and out.  Ordered my sandwich and waited and waited about 5 mins later one of the employees ask if anyone made this croissants?.... crickets.... until I asked if that was a joke that not one of them made those croissants. 5 mins later I finally get my food. No sorry for the wait,  no sorry for the confusion,  the ignorant lady just sat my food on the counter and walked away. Spare yourself the ignorance at this store and go to a different one if you can.

Not a cake donut type of person. More down for the K****y K***e. But they do have a great selection of donut flavors & lattes.

I am just disappointed. Went for a frozen coffee and pops up a 2 or 3 year old running around the food while the mother is working. That doesn't seem very clean and the child could contaminate the food. Not to mention the young lady that served us I didn't get anything but my best friend did. Won't be going back until it's cleaned up now I'm watching her cry this is crazy.
