The donuts were great and the kids were happy but, my husband ordered me a regular blueberry coffee—usually a treat for me—I drink mine black and this had so much cream and sugar, it made me gag. Allow your customers to doctor it up the way they like it. Since we had a long trip home, we didn’t have time to get it fixed. Very disappointing after being so excited about it.

worst experince ever. not friendly and extremly rude. tells us to pull the menu on the phone and order. 
going through other reviews/ experinces, it looks like a consistent rude behaviour that will be dished out to you.

Today I ordered an everything bagel with regular cream cheese, and instead they got my order wrong, and gave me an everything bagel with some kind of fruity cream cheese, and I'm pretty sure it was expired because I got sick and started throwing up. It was absolutely disgusting, but I paid for it, and thought I'd give it a try. Literally not even a full hour after consumption, I got sick. Also, the bagel tasted off, like maybe the employees didn't practice proper sanitation methods. I recommend to explain your order at the employees on repeat, since they obviously have communication issues. I won't be so trusting next time.

Bad customer service. The people there are really rude. They don’t know how to make drinks or prepare coffee.
