Came to this Panera on a snowy Sunday to get some food and get some work done. It's not very cozy...there are only 2 lounge chairs located in a rather precarious location that does not allow you to gain access to it if there are other people at a small table close by. As i was waiting for my food the manager (i believe) who was behind the counter near the kitchen was VERY LOUD and making conversation with her employees that i would deem unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm not saying "dont have fun at work", but there is a time, a place, and a lower volume expected when discussing non-work matters ESPECIALLY when customers are within hearing distance. It just seemed like she was speaking loudly to get reactions or conversation out of people (co-workers and customers), rather than just addressing people with a simple "how's it going" or "hello". Generally speaking, it's not a very friendly or professional environment and i most likely won't be back to this Panera location. Positives: Great Playlist, and LOVE the fireplace.

Great food and quality, still my favourite. Reducing rating since they have lost consistency with stock-ups. Your favourite bagel or pastry availability would be a hot or miss.
