RUDE A**HOLES!
Every time I've been to this Duncan Donuts I have left disappointed in some manner.  The people that work there are so rude EVERY TIME!  They make you feel unwelcome and a bother.  I think they are the also franchise owners.  I will never go to this location again period.  DUNCAN DONUTS needs to make their franchise owners to etiquette classes!!!!

I don't know if the workers are undertrained, or not prideful in their work...
Consistently running out of product( was told today they dont have ice) mediocre tasting drinks. ( no foam and " bad shots") and lackluster customer service. Such a shame...coffee shops can be the most fun places to work and really make an impact on customer's daily routine! Would love to see this place step it up...but I'll most likely be visiting TH is the future.

Poorly trained staff, or they're just lazy.  That's for the Waterford area one, or Commerce.  The other one on 24 by 94 is pretty good.

First time at a Dunkin Donuts. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel with a jelly donut and a hot chocolate. 
- Bagel was thrown together, lost half the cheese on wrapper.
- Hot chocolate was Lava Hot, took long time to cool off
- Donut was ok
Place was kinda clean, hat to wipe off the chairs and table myself.

Great location and good food. If they could get an order right, I would give them a higher rate. However, the service is so inept most of the positives about the place are brought down.
