I have always loved DD's coffee. But the last time i visited this location, the proprietor came from the back (WHERE THEY FOOD IS MADE).....  BAREFOOT! 
   This is the second location that this has happened to me...  I wrote an articulate letter to corporate, and have yet to hear back. And seeing as that was 3 years ago, i doubt i will. All i can tell you is.... look around....   there's always another option.

Dirty place,  almost every table had stains and trash on it. The server behind the counter was very mean. She wouldn't wait for my son to pick a flavor and look around. I would never go there again.

I ordered a peppermint mocha as my Birthday drink. I got served a coffee with peppermint flavoring. Also didn’t have time to get a new one 😔

I came to this store twice. First time it was a black young man and he made the coffee great. The second time it was a white girl, I ordered large iced coffee with almond milk and caramel sweetener online and chose pickup drive thru. She just give a simple coffee and nothing add-on. I came back later for an exchange and told her I ordered online and asked her to make one as the order. She returned and gave me a med coffee with milk. Okay, plz hire people who can read and realize what those words meaning. That's why DD is DD and Starbucks is Starbucks. A coffee ruined my whole night.
