I remember coming here as a young child. My favorite aspect of this location was it's 50's style decor. Especially the super man prop flying through the glass window. I remember the service there always good.. but over the last few years the services have taken a huge nose dive. But the the remodel was heartbreaking. A local iconic part of our home town and the surrounding areas, surgically removed.. now just a basic bi*ch with less than basic service.  Sad.

I came here yesterday evening and ordered a few items from the self-serve order kiosk including a salad. I filled my drink cup at the drink fountain with half of its spouts out of order, and had to search to find a lid in the poorly-stocked drink station. 

I sat down and waited a few minutes before the manager came out empty handed and told me they didn’t have salads, though I was able to order one at the kiosk. She offered to refund me for the salad and I accepted. She returned a minute or so later with my food and my refund, a bunch of dirty money, on the same tray. This struck me as both unsanitary and unprofessional. The sweet and sour sauce I hadn’t ordered was also missing from my tray. At that point it wasn’t worth my time to return to the counter to ask for it. 

I should also mention that I was there late in the evening, and they weren’t especially busy. The only other customers in the dining room were some senior citizens loitering and nursing small coffees. 

The franchisee clearly spent a lot of money renovating this place, but I don’t see them getting much of a return on their investment if they don’t bother with the little things like a functional drink machine and order kiosks with accurate menus. Despite the modern order systems and decor, it’s clear that the ownership and management of this McDonald’s is indifferent. I’m done spending money here.

I am boycotting this McDonald's and I will not return until it is the 50's (fifties) McDonald's again...

Good job killing what made you different and unique. 

Here I come Wendy's and Burger King take my money!!!!!

Used to be a very good mcdonalds but after renewal it is sooooo bad...there is no playground anymore and in general new place looks so simple....worse renewal ever!
