My favorite Tim Hortons. All of the employees are pretty up beat and friendly. Service is pretty quick when they aren't slammed. I always get a large iced tea and a cookie. The tea always has plenty of ice (just the way I like it) and the cookies always taste fresh. The workers are clean too, never seen them grab anything with their bare hands and if they drop something they replace it.

Cashier at the window very rude. Snatched back sandwhich when asked to put my items in a bag together instead of handing me everything one at a time. Customer service needs to be taught!

Terrible service! Went inside nobody took my order for five mins because one of the workers was to busy on snapchat with there headphones in. Took a second employee that was busy actually doing something to point it out. Then when the first employee took my order he was still playing on his phone. Ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and some donuts. Got my order and left. Didn't check my coffee right away but when i did the coffee was black and the donuts were old. Usally like Tim Hortons but this place sucks just go to a different location.
