I’ve gone to this dunks for so many years and never had to leave a review. The woman who was taking my order, I believe her name tag said “manager Josephine” when I got to the window, was miserable and the rudest person I’ve ever experienced in a drive thru. She got my order wrong but I was so annoyed I just left. So ridiculous!

I'd give a better review, but... I'm still waiting for an order we placed 15 minutes ago on the app. They didn't have everything I ordered. They didn't have stuff prepared that they could have. This isn't the first time.  Another visit, another thing but in the bag. And a sandwich that looks like it was thrown against the wall before it was bagged.

never had any problems with this place but today i was in the drive thru this one worker she spilled my drink and it spilled, got it inside my sleeves. no apology at all.

The food and coffee is always good but these employees do not know friendly customer service I don’t want to speak for all of them I am sure not everyone there is rude to customers but the encounter that I had with one employee she doesn’t even know the basics of friendly customer service

Do not go to this location. It's a bunch of rude teens who get enjoyment out of messing up your order and making you wait. I'll never go back here again. I waited half an hour for the wrong drink and cold bacon

I hate this dunks so many rude workers like I was waiting for the coffee the girl was walking around with in her hand I said can I have that coffee she said no it's a customers I said ya mine she said name I told her and she almost threw it at me there has been some sort of issue everytime I have gone there and I'm being nice but eventually I'll get mad

I was waiting outside for 20 mins for them to open the store while the workers was looking at me and laughing. I called asked them to open they told me I had to wait till other workers show up. Then when they opened was disrespectful and I will never come here again.

I have ordered through GrubHub and they messed my coffee up. I ordered 2 coffee's and didn't taste good. I called them and explained what happened. They wanted me to call GrubHub back and have them delivere it. I am not waiting there has and time doing it. The employees should have made the coffee right. I go to this establisment Monday-Thursday and its the best dunkin' i've ever been to. No matter how complicated or extensive my order, never once have they gotten it wrong. Food is always fresh and  the staff is efficient and friendly no matter what shift is working.

I love dunks. Always been a favorite of mine. No coffee can compare nor their pastries. Hands down love the chain
