I literally JUST came through the drive thru and the service was super mediocre I had a coupon for a free medium iced coffee which they said I couldn’t use bc the coffee was rang up as happy hour ,which was fine, but why couldn’t they just ring it up as regular price so I could get it free ? It’s giving stingy. And honestly I’m kinda upset abt it bc this is the worst experience I’ve ever had here. After I went through the drive thru I pulled over to put my card up and that’s when I realized that my drink was only filled up to the yellow line and I hadn’t even taken a sip out of it yet. So I had went inside and asked if they could fill it up for me. mind you I asked for light ice bc 1 it melts fast and 2 I wanted to get more coffee out of it. So after I came back outside I took a sip out of it and it tasted so bitter and disgusting. And mind you it was that color before I took it inside it tasted like it had no sugar no creamer and no flavors. So I’m not really understanding how they’re training their employees but 99.9% it’s good experiences except for today. Don’t know what they had going on but won’t be coming back until they get it fixed to be honest.

Every time we go there the service gets worse. We order ahead of the time and it’s never ready when we get there even if we are the only people waiting. We usually have to ask about our order before they even start making it. 5/10 times you’ll get a decent cup of coffee but I have poured out my fair share that have just been awful. I don’t plan on going back anytime soon

Visited evening of 12/15 to get donuts for Birthday treats and drinks for family. Great customer service from the drive-thru crew. The young lady that took our order was extra sweet and professional.

Ordered Carmel iced coffee 4 cream 4 sugar and there was no sugar in it at all. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Not trying to be a Karen I know things happen but this is probably the 10th time or more that it’s happened. I just want to get what I paid for.

Unfortunately this is the only true Dunkin in Beckley, WV. This Dunkin has terrible customer service and products are given free to friends of staff members. Tonight I waited approximately 20 minutes for a hot coffee and in the end it was made incorrectly.Food: 2/5

Most unreliable Dunkin in the area.  The drinks and food are good if you actually get them and they are made correctly.  You wait for 30 minutes or more or a screwed up order.  This has been going on for at least 2 years. They are in desperate need of some reliable staff and proper management.

Wish the employees making the online orders would take the time to actually read what the order is. Nearly every time I make an order something is wrong. I don’t even have any special requests, just order my food how it is on the menu. For example - ordered a tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich last week and only got half of it - like it was a piece of toast. Today I ordered 2 roasted tomato hummus toasts and got plain hummus toast. Ordered bacon avocado toast a few weeks ago and got plain avocado toast. I could understand if I was making an order in the drive through and they misheard my order but when you order on the app, the receipt prints out exactly what the order is. They just don’t pay attention.

Dunkin’ donut franchise can you please explain to me why i can pick up a dunkin mobile order but not a doordash pick up order for MYSELF not a delivery order.. and for the manager who kept yelling saying she has to come inside.. I HAVE A PREMATURE BABY IN THE CAR learn some compassion and care..

This is by far the busiest little Dunkin’ I have ever seen and they have handled the volume like  champs every time I am there.

Stopped in for quick coffees and donuts.  Both were fresh and delicious.Food: 5/5
