Went out and four employees were talking amongst each other took them awhile to acknowledge us. We were the only people in there. They were out of one of two coffees they were currently pouring. It's expensive and that's not how it's supposed to go. The coffee we ended up with was good lemon bread always good.Food: 4/5
They were backed up, but the manager quickly took charge, moved a few assistants around and wow!, the orders started flying! Was an amazing sight! We had ordered 4 drinks for our party and all 4 came out pretty quickly and were delicious! Glad we have the app for the freebies. This Starbucks is a win, win! Parking: Plenty! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes!
I stopped for coffee and a snack. The store was very busy both in store and drive-thru. The service was good relative to the crowd. The atmosphere was negatively impacted by the crowd but was not that bad. I use this store regularly and have always been satisfied. I definitely recommend them for good coffee drinks and bakery items.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve worked in food service for many years, and although I am not an expert, I believe the workers need to pick up the pace. The past three mobile orders that I’ve made, I’ve waited 15+ minutes for my drink when the store wasn’t even busy. Workers need to pay attention to requested additions. I have a severe almond allergy and requested oat milk, received almond milk in my coffee. I understand making mistakes, but when it’s a life threatening allergy and the drink is $7, it is different. Store is always dirty and grimy.
Only really had a couple issues with Starbucks so overall it’s great and I usually get only 3 or 4 things. The white mocha, vanilla frapp, with 3 shots of toffee nut, or caramel frapp. I used to get the mocha cookie crumble which was good.
Do NOT stop here! Like ever. The worst experience at any Starbucks I have ever been to one. The service was horrible. Rude. They were out of the majority of the menu. And it took 25 minutes for two basic drinks!
Good coffee, nice place. Staff was great! Tristan was very helpful accommodating our kosher needs he helped us figure out which products we could use and offered a custom drink for us; Ace was also really nice and helpful.
The worst starbucks ever. Makes me want to boycott starbucks as a whole. Used to be employed by this location for two years until Covid hit. Ever since the new manager was hired, it’s gone to hell. I’m not the only one who thinks this. Slowest service, always out of product, it’s dirty and nasty!!! Nobody cleans anything. Health code is broke here!!! I had another interview and they hired someone who doesn’t even know the company or what a latte is as a ‘store manager in training’. He stated he never worked for the company and he admitted he was clueless on how to make any of the drinks on the menu…. He was who did my interview and it was so cringe and awkward the whole time. He had no idea what I was talking about and didn’t even know the answers to his own questions he was asking me. You figured a business that was struggling so badly would hire someone who was experienced in the company, let alone coffee. Sad. This place used to be great. But not anymore. The chocolate moose and hilltop can get my money from now on.
I would like to see what all the good reviews are about. Unfortunately this Starbucks closes in the middle of the day. So 1 star.Food: 1/5
Just get gas station coffee*, at least you’ll get what you’re expecting and paying for. Two almost identical drinks in an order placed through the app. From the pics, you can see how the drink I got was very far from what I ordered. Didn’t check it on the spot because it was scalding hot and I was afraid to open then the lid. It’s probably yesterday’s reboiled decaf, too. * no offense gas stations, some of y’all have badass coffee!!
