"We are monitoring all local, state and federal regulations to provide customers with contactless ordering options. While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection."

Big dining area for a McDonald. There is a small patio concept outside too, but one used it. Chicken nuggets taste pretty fresh, no burnt oil taste
We stopped here on our way to our vacation destination and the young lady at the register was extremely helpful and kind. There were 12 of us in our group and we didn't have to wait very long for our food. They brought our food to our table and were quick to ask if everything looked good and even brought us napkins and ketchup packets. Overall, it was a good experience! Well done folks!
I have been here so many times in hopes that next time will be better. I have had three replacements. Lunch food isn't the worst if you ask for fresh food. Breakfast I have gotten biscuits a few time that would break some people's teeth. Just sad the whole entire store/crew needs retraining along with a few others. I wish the owners of the local McDonald's would let me do positive/negative reviews for feedback I should have my own position going to each McDonald's making sure quality is at its finest. Kid-friendliness: They have booster seats and a baby changer in the restroom. Parking: There isn't really much room for anything big. It's kind of congested. Wheelchair accessibility: This place has easy access to a person in a wheelchair. There are no ramps but it is located on flat grounds.
Some family invited us to go Tubing with their church, who'd planned the trip. We had a great time. We've been to quite a few of the local ski resorts, and went tubing. This place has the best set up for tubing. Despite having a good census, the lines were quick. The staff quickly spotted potential hazard areas, shut down that path, immediately began to address the issue, and then reopened the path, after ensuring it was safe to open. The slides were purposefully made in such a way that those to one side left in this specific case catered to the younger, or more timid "tubers". As you went down the various paths, from left to right, there was a clear, progressive escalation in speed,"thrill" experience, and roughness how bouncy the path was, of each slide. So there was certainly something for everyone. NOTE: The minimum height to participate was 44 inches, so if you have a young one, they likely will not be able to participate. They also do NOT allow more than one rider at a time, to go down, for safety, and to avoid delays due to riders inevitably falling off the tube, early on. The next rider is not permitted, by staff, to go down, until the previous rider has exited the track completely. Food - You're going to want to bring your own. As with most tourist attraction locales, this ski resort has an amusement park pricing scale. You don't really have any options once you're on the site, and purchased tickets expire in two hour shifts. So if you're poorly prepared, you could be a captive consumer, paying $4.50 for a bottle of water, versus $0.89 at a gas station. Attire - If you've forgotten something, there is actually a very reasonably priced ski shop, with items available in most if not all sizes. When I say "reasonably priced", that is not sarcasm. We forgot my daughter's new ski bibs at home $85, my wife found a pair of equal quality, for $45 dollars, and was in and out of said shop, never having stepped inside previously, in less than 2 mins. Actual skiing - checking out the slopes, the trails *looked* to be very beginner to novice friendly. I'm sure their more difficult slopes would require some moderate level of skill, but this is the Appalachian Mountains. Easy mode would probably be the median level of skill any snow ski enthusiast could reasonably expect when skiing "old mountains". Highly recommended for a fun family day trip or weekend of winter fun.
Food is always good but they almost always mess up my coffee order. I get an iced caramel macchiato. Sometimes when I go through they give me a hot one. Other times they just give me an iced mocha instead. Today they told me to pull up and wait and I didn't even get my coffee. It shouldn't be this hard to get my correct order! Breakfast time or lunch time, busy or not busy, it's always the same. I go here all the time and it's consistently WRONG!
Why is mac Donald on Harper Clinton twp closed so early. I'll never come here again. I go to one on metro parkway and van dyke that open after 8pm. This place need to be open till 11pm. As the normal hour.
Dine in experience: put in my order on the kiosk and still waiting on my order 20 min later. Lots of people in the dining area and they are all waiting on food as well.
Fast service good chicken sandwich for cheap. I get regular water and they gave a full size cup here which is appreciated at no extra charge, yayyFood: 4/5
This place looks half built. No dine in, only takeout. Because they're too cheap to pay someone to clean tables and empty trash. Self ordering kiosks are closed "for social distancing", so we have to wait in one line for one cashier to take orders. Cashier got my order wrong because she misheard and didn't repeat it back to me. They're out of a lot of stuff. Very slow service inside because they only care about speed in the drive thru.
The last two days when I’ve come to get my coffee, the absolute kindest and sweetest staff have been working. They made my day!!
