Well they couldn’t use any cards or apps from Starbucks. Coffee was good but annoying had to pay cash.

For the first time in my life, I received the nastiest drink that I paid close to $9 for. Ordered pumpkin cream cold foam with my drink. Watch as this girl tried to pour it into my drink, wouldn’t budge. She shook it, still nothing. Grabs a spoon that was just laying there and proceeds to scoop it out and still had the nerve to hand it to me. I asked if that was cold foam and she said “yes, it just sunk to the bottom.” Looks as if there was gobs of glue in my drink. I’m still mad at myself for not asking for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Was not how I wanted to spend my travel home.

Plain Coffee is very good and hot.  It takes a long time to just get black coffees.  As usual, overpriced. The breakfast sandwich was cooked in a microwave and the center was coldFood: 3/5

Worst spaghetti I've ever had.  The sauce was too sweet.  The noodles were over done.  My mama mia would roll over in her grave if she saw her little Italian bambino smashin this down with a fork and spoon.  And when I asked for garlic bread, you don't even wanna know what went down after that.  Gaba goul.  It's-a me-a, Mario.Food: 1/5

Does not use the app, very slow and uneqipped. I got a vanilla latte, 10 minutes later I get told there is no vanilla syrup. Ran out of vente cups?! Yes, please save yourself and go somewhere else. I feel bad for the employees but geez...paid for a venti pike place got a grande and I couldn't even drink my latte I paid over $9 for because it was horrible. Lesson learned I guess.

Absolutely the Worst Starbucks We have ever been to. They even tried to charge me a dollar for a stirrer. Wth?

I must say this was the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.. and let’s be real.. I’ve had quite a few! The customer service that my man an I just experienced has topped our day! Our trip home from Michigan was made because of the friendly faces at Starbucks this evening! They were closed, but allowed a couple more customers to place their orders! We do not see service like this any longer. Everyone is always in such a rush. I really appreciated the kindness I saw here today! I cannot wait to be back! Y’all that live close by to this Starbucks make this your go-to! You will not regret it! Y’all keep it up!!

I was about to order something this lady who works at pizza place cuts infront of me started arguing with the cashier of the Starbucks while am just standing there, the other girl working at the Starbucks stares at me like am thug or something, looks like their customer service sucks, I'll never stop at this place again
