Not all Dunkins are created equal. This one never fails on amazing coffee and chocolate sprinkled donuts. Fluffy and delicious! The customer service is also great, they've never messed up an order through UberEats.

This location is very dark, and dreary, it looks like the owner doesn't d o a good job at maintaining this location.  Also, there needs to be more staff working in the mornings. There should be no reason why only two are working at 8:30AM to services 13 people in the store. Finally, I don't know what the process is for mobile order fulfillment, but if I place an order at 8:38 I expect that in the 10 mins it took for me to get there my order would be ready and I shouldn't have to wait an additional 5 mins for you to prepare it. At that point I might as well have waited on line in the store. The General Manager needs to do better with keeping up with the maintenance at this location.  2 stars are ONLY for the employees that made my order, they were smiling and friendly, but they need more support.

DO NOT COME HERE!! THIS LOCATION IS TRASH IN EVERY AREA.WASTE OF MONEY Service : Poor Quality: Horrible Environment: Unwelcoming Sanitary: Hell No Quality -This coffee is worse than the deli. It's watery and flavorless. You can tell it's due to preparation. Following the franchise prep instructions can't be that hard. Service-Before I ordered  a simple midnight with oat milk I asked the employee if he would make me a fresh brew as it was the afternoon hours and they close super early  a Dunkin that closes at 5pm? . He politely yes me to death and gave me a super fast cup of what taste like hot water with milk. Because he has given me horrid coffee in the past it was expected. I mobile order a shot of Expresso and kindly asked him to please do not give me burnt or mal prepared expresso. That exactly what I got.Yuck! So now I have 2 nasty coffee drinks. Unsanitary - Also he is always coughing and sniffling so after I brought the coffee I afraid I will get sick. He needs to mask up at all times. Gross!  Management: Train your employees on preparation and standard. And you should have management present to ensure they are healthy. Because you wouldn't want the health department popping up to sick food prep workers.

Worst D&D ever! Waited online for 20 minutes for a lemonade refresher. And it tasted like diluted lemon juice with water. Only one person at counter. And not friendly. Made no eye contact. Will never go back!

Every time I come to this store, why is every employee rude? They do not have CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I was at the counter and noticed another employee on her phone, just standing there, as if she did not have any work to do. One employee helped me at the cash register, while a third employee was making the orders at the sandwich station. The woman who took my order, while I’m happy that I got my receipt and my regular medium coffee without sugar and milk, was quick to respond to help the next person…and I had not yet got a chance to get out of the way. WHO IS THE STORE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION? WHO IS THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY AND KEEPS CUSTOMERS COMING BACK. FYI: I once worked at a Dunkin location, and the team I worked with was a great team. We stayed busy, stayed stock on everything, and used our customer service talents and professionalism. I went to this location because I was in the area. SMH

Customer service is a mess RUDE ! Disorganized! Then they get up set after being patient and waiting when you say something !

Set up questionable. Too warm, which might be to encourage ice cream purchases.  The iced tea was good. A fair experience.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the u.s took me 20 min to get a lemonade that tasted like 2 pumps of corn syrup

Just one person in service Soooo slow service, dirty tables I was disappointed comparing to the others dunkin plces

When I was called up to order, I tried ordering 3 times and kept being cut off by the cashier and food preparer talking. Asked for sugar free syrup in coffee, got the regularly syrup instead.
