I live downtown Brooklyn and to my great disappointment I walk into this 7-Eleven and it's trashed the glass is broken up front on the door they're listening to pop smoke blasting it and when I asked about why there's no coffee the guy told me at it's 11:00 in the morning it's not morning anymore. He heard me doing this review so he started cleaning meanwhile there's still no coffee

Throughout my entire experience at this 7-11 they have made it entirely difficult for cashbacks. One day they dictate to produce cashbacks ONLY when they have the money to produce a cashback.

False pricing. In violation of NY state general business law 350 and 396. I went in after seeing the outdoor sign. The cup lid-covers also have a very large sign/sticker saying .99 next to it. I selected the cup that fit the $.99 lid. I went to pay at the register I was told it was $1.62. Confused I said there is a sign outside, and also another .99 pricing on the cup lids. I was flatly told the cup I had was more, that there was no .99 big gulp.  Someone on line generously offered to pay for it, which was very nice- she deserved 5 stars, 7  eleven needs to get it's act together.  Given I have low expectations when it comes to quality with this venue, the only thing that really needs to be correct is the price. I personally refuse to buy products from companies that nickel and dime customers, especially large companies that make thousands on the extra .05 - .15 overlooked pricing differences.

Oh, thank heaven for 7-11!! The cold case had a lot of variety. I love the Italian Job hoagie and the Italian wrap. It's always delicious and quick!!

Ran in to grab something to snack on with my son … the pizza as well as boneless chicken was hard and dry . I’ve worked for 7Eleven for a few years and it is POLICY to remove old food DAILY. Horrible experience, I’m extremely disappointed and It feels very disrespectful to be charged and given trash .

Whoa ...hold up!.. I just purchased 3 items from this store with my debit card and my card declined stating credit card fruad activity has been going on.WATCH OUT...THE WHOLE CAST IS IN ON IT..RUNNNNN

Love 7 eleven food is cheap when your on a budget to me hot dogs kind of salty but always great deals

The store is a great store located in heart of Brooklyn in the Downtown Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights area. The staff is very professional and know marketing and show great example to the 7-Eleven brand and mission statement. The store has a great wide selection of items and the staff are expectational. I recommend this store to anyone this place is just excellent. The only issue with the store is that outside of the store is an homeless encampment filled with panhandlers who open the door and ask for money. Also the people sleep outside of the store and cause a mess outside of the store. This should be looked into by 7-Eleven Headquarters.

This location is in despair. It is sad, downtown brooklyn needs a good bodega.
