I live in the neighborhood and truly love this location! The staff is always friendly and attentive and the cafe itself is spacious, bright and clean. Great job guys

The barista with the glasses and short hair needs her attitude check. I simply asked her to take the whipped cream off my order because i ordered my drink with without whipped cream and her tone and response was unnecessary “Next time order without then” when I clearly did and she just couldn’t read and was wrong. Still a great location

It's so weird to know that it's Starbucks here now. The staff was friendly. I got my drink, and it was made correctly. It wasn't crowded, but people were there. I loved that they had up a board for black history month, asking you to hashtag your favorite black owned businesses. It’s horrible when you can spend $6 on a coffee but there’s no bathroom for customers!!!! I’m sure there’s a bathroom they just don’t want to let paying customers use… Shame

There’s a barista right there, her name is Victoria, I thought she were a manager because she knows how to do her job , always friendly, smiling and she makes really good drinks.

This place is a mess. The employees seem unhappy and mad. The result is a bad vibe throughout the store. My experience was far less than what I expect from a Starbucks.Food: 5/5

This is a really cute Starbucks location, I found it while exploring in Brooklyn before heading to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade! They made me a nice PSL & the staff were really kind, I will definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks. They are very attentive here and the male with the fedora who made my drink was amazing. He went above and beyond and really created the best drink I ever had at Starbucks. I live in Manhattan, but I swear I want to come back just for him to make my caramel ribbon crunch. It was so divine!! He is magical.

I’ve been back to work since the end of June and I absolutely adore this Starbucks since it is off the A train and around the corner from My job. The staff are super friendly and refreshing during this weird times. I try to be respectful of their space knowing they are sacrificing to show up for us everyday with a smile on their face. They also get bonus points for being super accommodating the two times I ordered an item that was sold out through the Starbucks app. Thank you to this whole team.
