I almost gave this place three stars instead of four. There are several empty storefronts in it and there are not many kiosks. You also typically don't see a huge crowd outside of peak shopping times. The location is out of the way for the more touristy and well-visited parts of Durango. They also get a lot of competition from The Big Box discount stores that are also on the south end of town. However, the mall does feel one key role in Durango: it's probably the best place to do budget shopping instead of paying the tourist prices down on Main Street. For that reason alone it deserves a 4-star rating.

Nice clean quiet mall. Nice Santa Claus. Needs a food court! Maybe a few more stores!

No stores worth mentioning. The majority of spaces are empty, the Sears only sells appliances, and the Ross is the smallest Ross I've ever seen in my whole life. It's only redeeming qualities are Bath and Body, Bed Bath and Beyond, and TJ Max. Even the JCP is tiny. Most locals go to Farmington if the want to go to a mall.

Nice little mall clean and not crowded. Need more shops. No food court. They have bed and bath also pier one imports which I like to shop

The Durango mall is the best place to go shopping. There are many good stores and amazing nice employees in every store. That is my main shopping mall and every day I go there, the experience is the best.
