I bought my 27-speed GIANT brand bicycle from Durst nearly 3 years ago in August, 2013.  I have been extremely happy with the bike and also with the A+ service I have received from this company for these 3 years.  The people at Durst have gone far out of the way to provide small tune-ups and one larger repair and tweaking of the bike after I had a crash at precious little cost to me, and always each time with same-day on the spot service.  I am soon going to buy a second bike to add to the one I have and I wouldn't have any reason whatsoever not to come back to Durst.  They are a great family.

These guys are great! They have a high standard for repairs and won't give you back something until it's really fixed.

Don't go here. Terrible service, one of the guys got frustrated putting a liner in my tire and told me I could do it myself. Left with my bike in parts. Other two guys just stood there and acted like it wasn't happening.

Exellent experience! I have been shopping at Durst for years and have always been pleased with the sales and service. This is my second major purchase my most recent was for a cardio machine that would not hurt my two bad knees and Jason was so helpful explaining the machines and what would be best for my circumstances. Very knowledgeable, polite, professional and just a really nice guy. No pressure and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Durst if you are in the market for a quality bike or exercise machines. Great service department too!!
