Great people working here, but sometimes, some wacky mishaps on orders. Way too expensive for what it is, even with the inflation in our country. Also, when I asked for no ice, they gave me significantly less drink. They did not even fill up the drink half way, and I paid 7 bucks for that.Food: 3/5

My family and I are visiting Idaho and wanted to try some coffee places that we never had seen. We went to Human Bean first as it is was closest to where we were staying. It was such a let done. We went straight to Dutch Bros and everyone there was so nice and the drinks were amazing! We will definitely be stopping by to get more coffee before we head back home

There was 1 vehicle ahead of me. I waited in line almost 15 minutes for my order. I understand some places are short staffed however, there were 5 people inside making drinks and 3 outside taking orders. I love Dutch Bros but everyone's time is valuable and just wished Dutch Bros would get orders out in a more timely matter.

When it comes to coffee, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. What makes Dutch Bros a notch above the others is the customer service. It doesnt matter what location you stop at  they are all so sweet. Cheers

Our first time visiting.  Went through the drive through window and asked the young barista Zach about the coffee.  He asked if wr had ever been to Dutch Bros before and we told him we had not. After describing their versions of what we were looking for, he took oir order and said, "First time customers get a free order."  What?  The coffee was delicious, but Zach was the gem in the store.  Very polite and an easy conversationalist.  He made us feel welcome despite the orher dozen or so cars in line.  If all Dutch Bros are like rhis one, they have a new customer for life.

This place is confusing for new customers. We asked for a menu and they gave us a pamphlet of flavor names which doesn't help tell us what kind of drinks they are. Would prefer they have a large standing menu like every other drive through business. Also, the music was so loud that when we asked for our receipt, we had to repeat ourselves because the girl couldn't hear us speaking at a normal volume. The drinks are ok, not sure why the frost cost 5.45 it's frozen milk and syrup.

Every single time I’ve gone here, the best service ever! Quick and delicious drinks. Definitely one of my top 2 locations, if not my fave. Highly recommend going to this one!

These guys are great. Tall guy dark hair beard and man bun super cool!!! They get my drink every time!!! I. Drive from Emmett to see them!

We’ve always loved this location, but as the staff has changed so has our experience. My youngest kiddo was sooo excited to get his free birthday drink today. He loves chatting with the staff and feeling special. However, other than a little “Happy Birthday” when we ordered, no one said another thing. No note on the lid and no mention of it at the window. In fact, we sat at the window for quite a while and there was no greeting or small talk of any kind. Just not the experience we used to get there.

I waited in line for over 20 minutes because a worker wouldn’t stop talking to a customer. I already had my drink but no way to get out. It was unacceptable and I have never experienced such a terrible Dutch experience.
