Disgusted doesn’t even begin to describe this.  I have been coming to this location for years and really never had any issues UNTIL today. I almost fed my son a pancake with an EMPLOYEES bite mark. I immediately called the store and the “manager” said “oh it was a tear from the grill.” Then recommended we come back for fresh hot cakes. Mind you; it’s 12/4 and dumping snow currently. He nonchalantly brushed it off and assured us it was a grill tear.  Best part?  The “manager” thought he disconnected the phone and my husband heard him shout to his employees, “who the **** is taking bites out of hotcakes?” And then disconnected  I fully expect a general manager to reach out, or I will reporting this DFS.  UNBELIEVABLE.  You guys be the judge, bite mark or grill?

This is our neighborhood McDonald's.  Usually it's crazy fast, today our order was given to someone else on accident.  I understand that happens, this crew did an amazing job making it right. Thanks for the great service we'll keep coming back! Bravo,  glad to see there is still excellent service in fast food!

I pulled up to use the deals on my phone app and it would not work while at the speaker. April took care of everything. She was confident, clear, and very welcoming to get my situation taken care of. After all of that she even met me at the window to make sure I was fully taken care of. I learned she was the manager and this girl needs a promotion straight up

The service was awesome, employee checked on us several times to see if we needed anything else. Place was clean, and employees looked like they wanted to be there, a refreshing change from other McDonalds we have visited.Food: 4/5

There’s nothing like a responsible, professional McDonald’s. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before, and I know that it can be pretty goofy back there. But not at this McDonald’s, my food came quick and it was on point. A black woman took my order and was beyond nice. Good work to you guys.

We ordered food on there ap for the McDonald's on cherry in meridian at 9:30 pm  and pulled in the parking lot about 9:50 pm a truck that was 2 cars in front of us took forever  and  we were told at the board that they closed and the car in front of us was there last customer they would be taking an order from. We went into the ap when we arrived. The manager even told us that they wouldn't fulfill our order. I am disgusted that this store didn't clear their drive-thru. I worked at a McDonald's in the late 90's and never turned away a car that was in line before closing. Our order confirmation # was MD57.

While ordering drive thru they rush you to choose your items and they do not complete your order because of how quickly they want to get you out of there i have come to this mcdonalds for over a year and they mess up my order every other time.Food: 3/5

I’ve come here a few times right before closing and always feel bad but I’m hungry lol. But basically the same guy has been working the window and he is always THE friendliest McDonald’s worker I’ve ever encountered. Like genuinely. He deserves a raise because I didn’t see a place to tip. GIVE THIS HOMIE A RAISE! Not to mention he’s literally a fast food worker working until midnight or later like cmon. He has every reason to be angry and rude but is always so kind and sincere. Bro has me out here leaving a review at a McDonald’s. He has like shaved sides and longer hair on top. I didn’t catch his name. Love this man

Coke tasted sour, cheese burgers was cold and fries were soggy and full off grease. Took the food back and they replaced and was very snooty.Food: 1/5

This location is absolutely  the best McDs we've been to. And we go semi often with our grand kids. It was an unexpected surprise for me because I'm not a huge fan. I'd definitely go here again. Fast, friendly, fresh, and shade to park in.
