I go through the drive through weekly and very rarely have issues. Today Aug 31 and last week Aug 24 were amazing. The people taking the orders at 4:00 pm were delightful and brought huge smiles to my face.

They're pretty fast during the lunch hour... Really fast, in fact. They're also genuinely nice and friendly. One of their crew is a budding hip-hop/R&B star. He'll actually play a track for you while you wait.

It was as good as any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. Had bf sandwich. We also got a small soda, and the good thing about doing that here in this location is that when you have errands to run, your ice will not melt while you’re out of your car. So it’s cool being able to finish the drink you bought to enjoy. It would never last in the Texas heat where we’re from.

I came to this restaurant today 2/06/23. I asked for mcdoubles I am allergic to the onion so no onions no ketchup extra pickles. They messed up so I went in I spoke with Deagan, Kaitlyn, and Graham which he is the one that took my order. Amazing job theses three have done in fixing my order. I wanted their District Manager James to know that not only these three made my experience amazing but the store attitude was perfect. I know that people don't give credit where it is due but let me tell you all something if you want to go to this store please do. The store is 3100 East Magic View Dr Meridian I'd. So to the crew and managers high five for a fantastic job. Thank you so much for fixing the misshap. James distilrct manager please let this store I am so very appreciative and greatful for a job well done.

I'm tired of McDonald's asking us to round up for their charity. If you want to give money to your charity, do what you want with the money I agreed to pay you. But, stop asking us THE CAPTIVE AUDIENCE, to pay you more out of guilt. The cashiers have rounded up 3x's in the past 6 months and I didn't agree each time. This is theft/larceny. I understand that it's less than a dollar. Either way, I didn't agree to it. Is McDonald's not trustworthy with Merchant Service Transactions?  The lady at the corporate office said that she'll let management know so they can fix the problem. We all know what that means, "we'll tell the kids in the store not to round up unless the customer agrees." Then that person leaves 2 months later and the next kid does it, unless he's told otherwise.  The solution us to stop acting like a bum on the street corner and use your own money to pay for your charity.

 Quick Service, Good Order Accuracy and a Clean Facility make this a really Nice Restaurant to Visit!  This was my "Go-To" spot when I lived In The Area .. and they even have a Jacksons Gas Station at this Location which makes it even more Convenient Food: 4/5

This McDonald's was very dirty and it is coupled with a gas station which I never find appealing.  Combos like this strike me as cheap and dirty, cut-rate and never seem to be taken care of quite as nice as a stand-alone facility  Over 50% of the tables were dirty floors were dirty and there was nowhere clean to sit.  We watched a single mom with several children come in and have to clean the space before she would sit her children down and go make an order.  Well, the food was good the service behind the counter was poor except for the manager he was moving like he had a purpose and had a smile on his face so that was good to see.  But overall this was a very dirty unpleasant McDonald's to visit.

Short line from lunch, best looking chicken sandwich but could use more condiments. Same with the quarter  pounder. Needs more condiments very dry.Food: 3/5

Everytime we go here the staff is rude, they forget items and generally just don't care.  For being a new location they have the worst service.  Once the shiny new building feeling left so did the staffs ability to help.Food: 1/5

Unbelievable poor quality of service at 5 minutes until 8 PM on a Saturday night Oct 2022, they politely but clearly told me and a few other people inside the lobby that they're closing the lobby due to short on staff thus nicely kicking us out.  It's getting worse and worse while regular customers just take it...  And on top of it outside temperature is around 65°F and inside the AC is blowing full force at around 68-70°F... where is the logic in that?? Except maybe to keep the customers uncomfortable so they can get out and not stick around for too long...  I'm amazed how come not many other people are speaking out in the reviews about this type of low quality service...  I'm not going to come back to this location ever... as a buyer I reserve the right to spend my money someplace else...
