Super coffee shop place

Best customer service I have ever received at Starbucks. I went to starbucks this morning and I got the best barista. She was so friendly and helped me choose a drink. I asked for her name and it was TANYA. I was having such a bad morning around. You are lucky to have such amazing worker her smile lights up peoples day!

My favorite pumpkin bread is made here but they ALWAYS ADD FOAM when I request none and Almond Milk White Chocolate Mocha never tastes good. But I'm lactose intolerant so it's what I order. Probably just get the bread.

Really crowded and very long lines, with additional staff standing around instead of opening other lanes. Food court didn't have lids for drink cups and everything was just chaotic and this was a weekday early morning... can't imagine what it's like on a weekend.

If I were the owner I would want to know. Asked for a cold brew splash of cream and vanilla and got a cream with a splash of cold brew and no vanilla. Was nice and went back through the drive through asking for vanilla and an actual splash of cream this time. They hand me a drink even creamier  and I asked if they were serious and they tried to explain to me that there’s hardly any cream in it. See photo for yourself, incompetency and not caring about ones work is a is raging disease this day and age.

your girl at the window was so so so sweet and kind and we loved her! we were there on wednesday the 13th around 10 am. she had the bubbliest personality and absolutely made our day! the drinks were also top notch, i haven’t had a coffee from starbucks this good in years!! i will definitely be driving the extra 45 minutes to THIS location just to see the staff and drink the spectacular coffee even with gas prices!!!!!

Usually have a good experience with this location and any other location but today I wasn’t impressed. Came in this morning and ordered a shaken espresso, with brown sugar and vanilla syrup with heavy cream and caramel. They gave me my drink and there’s cinnamon? Never gotten cinnamon in this drink before, it was good but it wasn’t what I asked for. Down side I got a hair in my drink as well….

The drive thru was quick and the staff was Awesome! To the staff working this cold, rainy day, Thank You for being there and working your butts off!  I was buying a few drinks for my fellow co workers too. I appreciate you all!

Good coffee, bad service. Especially if you get the store manager. First off she will argue as much as the day is long, then once you file a complaint or if she remembers you from a past encounter, you miss parts of your drink. Ordered a venti Brown sugar shaken espresso and it was an inch or more below the top fill line. Obviously this is on my bad list of places.  The coffee tasted good, just did not get it all. Busy should not have anything to do with service and product provided. All I can figure is we have been singled out. Oh well. There is always another place to get coffee. Later!
