Said I wanted a part not installation and the guy essentially hung up on me. I truly don't recommend this place. Buy online, do it yourself, screw rude business.

Joe did a great job on my car stereo installation. He seemed to check, double check, and recheck that the radio would install neatly in my car. Crutchfield said the radio (a Kenwood) wouldn't fit, but it looked like it should, and Joe verified it all before getting started. Fair price, low pressure sale, and it looks factory installed--reassuring as there aren't an awful lot of such dealers/installers in the area. Further, when my rebate on the radio was initially rejected, Joe worked with me to get it go through and assured me he'd call his Kenwood rep if needed. (Kenwood came through just fine (and admittedly it was by mistake on the rebate form), but this struck me as above and beyond by him.)

Nasty guy called him after Christmas December 26th to install a stereo my son received for Christmas.First question was it purchased here when I said no He said I cant look at it till February.
