11/3: Accidentally posted this review on wrong location previously. Since I initially posted this I have had to take my car in several times for unrelated issues and am very pleased by the integrity with which they handle car repairs. When I thought something was wrong with the car after the initial maintenance, they took a look to ensure it wasn't a safety risk. When they couldn't initially diagnose the source of the sound, they had three mechanics double check to ensure that nothing major was wrong that they were missing. They also did not try to upsell when they couldn't determine the issue, but were forthcoming about their diagnostic process. They also show you what the problem is when they do find it so you know they are being honest about it. It has been difficult to find excellent mechanics to work on my hybrid since most independent mechanics won't touch it, and I am thrilled my search is over! Thank you for your professionalism and great customer service! I have never been so happy with a repair department as I am with this location; it is truly exceptional. 

Review for service center. 

It can be difficult to find a mechanic who will work on my Ford hybrid, and I am very satisfied with the quality of service, efficiency, and understanding I received here recently. My car was a safety hazard (brake issues), and I was able to book an appointment efficiently, they showed me the damaged element of the car instead of expecting me to just believe them without seeing, and gave me a loaner within two hours. 

Very satisfied with the honesty and politeness of the service center! Thank you! When I need further work I will be coming back here.

We looked for a new vehicle for almost 2 months and during that time we went to many dealerships and talked to many sales reps throughout the state. Out of everyone we worked with Sam Chase was the only sales person who put in a solid effort and found us what we were looking for and the vehicle wasn't even at his dealership. We will definitely be back to work with Skagit Ford and Sam Chase for our next vehicle purchase. If you are looking for something very particular in a vehicle ask for Sam.

Purchased a Used 2010 Ford Escape In 2018.  

During our search for an affordable, quality, used Ford Escape, my wife and I perused over 100+ vehicles online and visited a dozen in-person. Of the many dealerships in the greater Puget Sound area, only one stood out, Dwayne Lanes (DL) Skagit Ford.  At DL we worked with a salesman named RJ. RJ was very personable, listened to our requirements, and worked hard to make our transaction a success. In speaking with RJ for only a short time, my wife and I were at ease.  He understood our requirements and desires and thoughtfully helped us decide if the vehicle was the right choice for our family. RJ even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly with our deal. I must say, of the 20+ sales people we spoke with during our search, RJ was the best. RJ is an upright, reasonable salesperson working at a trustworthy dealership. Skip the hassle of shifty, unaware car salespersons and see RJ!

This was my best experience with buying a car. Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do because lets face it, no one likes a salesman and a pushy one of that. I received an email from Raymond after acquiring online. I wasn't able to make it in until the following week so he asked me what I was looking for in a car,  how and when I'd use it to get me the best car for my needs. When I got in I was on the fence about getting a ford (personal preference). After test driving a couple I decided I wanted to go with a Jeep. Being a ford dealership Raymond worked with me and was not at all pushy in getting me into a ford. Let me tell you this was an all day process. After looking into other vehicles him and the sales manager found me the perfect Jeep in Everett that met my financial and personal needs and was even able to bring it down for me so we didn't have to drive up to Everett. For being there for the entire I didn't once feel pressured. The experience went super smoothly. I have been recommending this place to everyone and Raymond himself. I will definitely be going back in the future. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful and the costumer service was excellent!
