Went there to test drive a 2015 jeep with 15k miles and got not even a mile down the road and it broke down on me. So I had to walk back to the dealership and after we went and picked it up they still had the audacity to ask me if I was still interested in buying it because it was still under warranty. What a joke. I then test drove another vehicle and it was full of obvious problems as well. Grinding every time you turn to the left, all kinds of grinds and knocks while in 4wd, etc. I told them to call me once it was fixed and never got a call and I pass the dealer multiple times a day and the truck has not moved. Still sitting on the lot trying to be sold. They sell cheap cars to the public with no remorse what so ever. Dishonest self centered people.

I purchased several vehicles from here over the years. All of which fall part within a month after purchase. The I most recently purchased car a few weeks ago... seemed great on the test drive but of course was on empty so couldn't drive it very far 😕. I ended up buying the car... and the check engine light came on before I made it home... went back the next day and they sent me to a autoshop in Lynden to have the codes pulled. The tech were nice and helpful. One of the two codes was pertaining to the  Catalytic converter. So Monday I had it diagnosed at my job... one of the 2 cats was bad. And the car has a sever oil leak. Checked the oil level it didn't even show on the dip stick. It was 3 quarts low on oil. The front cover and both valve covers were leaking. I called and talked to the owner, i asked if he would help with at least the cost of the Catalytic converter and he said to come in after work the next day to talk to him. I did and of course he wasn't there. I left a copy of the receipt for the parts with my name and number. Since I am a mechanic i get everything at cost so parts total was only $500 and the Cat was $314  of it. I did all the labor. If I wasn't a mechanic this would have costed $2500 easily and i definitely would have returned the car!!! Since I left the receipt for Chad expecting a phone call or some sort of response I got nothing. So a week later I called of course he wasn't available I asked the unprofessional sales men to have him call me back please and again gave my number and all info they needed. I still haven't heard back from them. I wouldn't suggest buying a car from this lot and i will never buy another car here again. They are the most dishonest and most likely to take you for your hard earned money and give you a car that needs more work then it's worth.

Listed a crew cab pickup online with a generic picture of a crew cab.  When asked for actual photos of the truck for sale, sent a picture of a different truck, not clearly revealing that the truck was not a crew cab.  When asked about that, they said they couldn't find the truck advertised and must have sold it.  Either intentionally bait and switch, or totally inept at this whole online marketing thing.  Either way, shopping elsewhere.

After wasting many hours trying to negotiate a fair deal with the big dealers, I found truck at Chad Chambers. I flew into Blingham to purchase low mile pickup at a fair price... Chad and staff made the transaction fast, simple, and stress free working with my bank. Thanks Chad!
