I have never before had such a great experience at any dealership. I have hated to go but needed to learn . Never did I have any feelings of being pushed to buy a car. We were given info, an guided by suggestions. The place was immaculate an it was a relaxing experience. Bret was our salesperson an has become a friend. I will go back when we need another car an I fully believe that this well run dealership is good because it starts at the top with the owner. She demands honesty an integrity of all employees.

Trevor in service is great. Tells you what Toyota recommends for service and does not try to upsell you what so ever. Gives you his honest opinion. One of the best experiences I have had at a dealer hands down because of his kindness and knowledge. Cashiers and some of the other staff seem to have an attitude, which definitely turns away customers. I would definitely address this if I was the manager. Shuttle courtesy van is amazing and the drivers are really nice and personable as well as most of the car salesman I’ve talked to. Have had many different services done here on my Toyota (suspension, spark plugs, alignment, inspections) and services have been great. Besides some of the employees attitudes I would definitely recommend the service  to anyone that wants to know what’s going on with their vehicle.

I am now a Toyota owner (first time). I did a lot of shopping around, meeting a lot of salesmen. Jason Lyon at Foothills Toyota was wonderful to work with. He was informative, a good listener, and detail oriented. He did not speak poorly even once of other vehicle makes, even praised another company for their advancement in quality over the last several years. He knows that Toyotas sell themselves. Jason took my concerns literally, working diligently to correct issues and help me feel comfortable with my decision. I felt no pressure from Jason. Rather, I felt he genuinely wanted me to be pleased with my vehicle for many many years. This was my most pleasant vehicle purchase ever. When I am ready to purchase again, I would be honored to work with Jason Lyon again!

We bought a 2012 Prius from Foothills Toyota last week and our experience was very good.  We've been taking our Sequoia there for service for several years and have had nothing but good experiences.  Kirk Spencer was our salesperson and he was very good.  We test drove the car on a Wednesday evening and said we would need to go home to think about it.  Kirk did not pressure us at all.  He was very knowledgeable, having all the information that we asked for at hand.  We also inquired about leasing a new Prius and he walked us all through the information on that.  We came back the next day, took the car for another test drive.  We grilled Kirk about the car, telling him that we hadn't made up our mind yet.  He was patient with us and never pressured us at any point.  He never tried to change out our minds or push us into something we had decided against.  I normally dread talking to car salesmen.  Kirk was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him.

Had a amazing experience with Trevor from the service department. I had an issue with my fuel pump and Trevor was able to accommodate to my busy schedule on such short notice for servicing the vehicle and completed it. I appreciate Trevor and the service mechanics.
