BEST BEST BEST!! I was in a rush going to a wedding and had ripped my pants and needed a new suit, when there tried on 3 different suits they looked in THE BACK for the correct pant size and they made sure it fit me like a glove before I left, in and out within 35 mins! Great staff very nice and helpful!

Pricey for big and tall clothes. For tailored clothes, achieving a good fit is a painful process. Every pair of off the shelf slacks fit 1000% better than the tailored slacks I'm pretty much stuck with ( I need a suit ASAP). The tailored slacks have enough fabric in the front to fit a butt. The tailor does not see the issue. I wont shop here again and will be looking for big and tall alternatives.

The merchandise is great, although pricey. When one pays the price they do for this merchandise, one does expect a nice, clean store. It was filthy yesterday. When we entered the store, there were 2 employees standing around and no customers. Carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a few weeks, dressing rooms even longer. Associate asked if we needed help. We were looking for black jeans and were right at the display. He said "Well you went straight to them." We grabbed the levis and asked about nautica. He said there were none but I found a whole row of them. When my boyfriend asked to try on, the associate said "the first one is empty" and walked off. My boyfriend tried to yell after him as the name "Brandon" was written on the door and there was merchandise in there. The associate either ignored or didn't hear, I don't know, but all the dressing rooms were full of askew merchandise, most with names on the doors but no one in the store. Again, the male and female associates were standing around. After trying on pants, I noticed there was white dusty stuff all down the sides. You shouldn't let the merchandise touch the floor folks, especially if you plan on buying it. Anyway, clerk made a half hearted attempt to check in with us another time. It was weak, but he wasn't rude or anything. Just uninspired and again, we aren't shopping in Burlington Coat Factory, this is DXL at premium prices. Clean up your filthy store and show some pride! I would have rated this store 4 or 5 based on past experience. I really wanted to give you a 2 today based solely on the shopping experience, but giving you the benefit of the doubt that you will clean the place up! If not, we will shop elsewhere. It was that yucky today!

Extremely high prices. Taking advantage of a certain crowd. No choice but to pay stupid prices if you're bug and tall. Would probably be cheaper to lose weight or shrink
