Tuesday, June 20, my mother, 53, went into this location to purchase a dryer since she has been a loyal customer of Sears for our appliances for years. First thing in the morning, she comes in and notices a few sales representatives talking about normal employee drama so she went to find the dryer she had researched online. She is helped by an older woman (probably early to mid 60s) and felt rushed. This woman asked for my mother's address, phone number and name and then showed her the price of the dryer she came to look at. When My mother asked about the price, seeing as though is was a $30+ difference, this saleswoman proceeded to go off on my mother, saying "we get commission on every sale you get in the store...you millennial's come in and want everything online and can't wait for anything...what's a few dollars here and there. You're why our stores are closing." Even after this, my mother explained that we are just trying to save money since money is tight but we need a dryer, ours is not functioning. And the woman just walked away, shaking her head. My mother left the store in borderline tears and ordered the same machine online.

Definitely the least desirable of the department stores in Great Northern. It always feels a bit abandoned and there isn't a great selection. Even though there is a lot of stuff in the store, there really isn't much variety. The men's section of Land's End, for example, literally has about two dozen items, maybe fewer. I think the mall would be best served to do away with this store, or Sears needs to totally revamp it.

Why bother shopping here. Over priced and the deals aint that good.

Terrible. Called liked 3 times first was put on hold 2 others they ignored and sent me to voicemail. This is why Sears is going out of business. I will take my work and money to a different store for sure. This place is a joke.
