This place Is AMAZING. The sales associate got me into a brand new set of boots really quick. She asked my size boot i have now but had me sized anyways, Im glad she did because my old boots were half a size to big. Ive never had a pair of boots fit so perfect until now. She even gave me a student discount since Im a college student. i Highly recommend this place because the sales people are so nice, the store was tidy, and because the boots are high quality! Will be returning to this location for my next pair when needed.

My fiancé has a partial learning disability, and although I wasn't there when this occurred, hearing him tell me how upset about the service he received at this location was eye opening.

He said the man didn't want to be there and rushed him and saying comments like, "finanlly you found a pair you liked" and said the people there blew him off. He said he felt rushed and uncomfortable.

My fiancé did buy a pair of boots at this store, and considering they how much money he dropped, if I were there we would've walked out and not spent a dime to support this location. However, he did buy a pair here because he said if he didn't "the staff would be mad at him." 

Highly disappointed. Get your act together and support/help your customers. If not then you shouldn't be in customer service.
