Been to Dyers several times before and got decent service.  This time was horrible. Got there and sat our selves.  Took several minutes for the waiter to come take our drink order.  Gave the order and then waited again.  Drinks finally got to us and then gave our food order.  I ordered the doc's bacon and others order their items.  After about 25 minutes got my burger and it was a doc's cheese burger.  Asked the waiter about it and then decided to take it instead of waiting another 25 minutes for the replacement.  Finished eating and was presented with the check and was still charged for the doc's bacon.  Told waiter.  Waiter passed it off to someone else to correct.  Not the service i was expecting.  Doubt I will be coming back.  There are better burger places with better service then Dyers.

Now I know that Dyers has more than just Hamburgers!  They have some of the best Catfish too!!!   Cajun grilled , Fried etc....   
they also have some of the best Banana pudding.  I've been going to Dyers for 40 years and I guess I didn't ever pay attention before to all the extras.  
I had no idea that they offered so much until meeting our server Ashley.  She was also great!!!  
Whenever you are in Collierville and want a good meal be it Catfish or Hamburgers, give them a try and ask for Ashley , she will take care of you.

The place is cute! Ordered a patty melt & fries - fries were lukewarm, although still very tasty; patty melt was delicious!  Prices are a tad high, but I will definitely be back!
